It also automates follow-up tracking, assigns tasks to the appropriate team members, and manages delivery and refill scheduling to promote adherence. This streamlined approach can improve pharmacy efficiency and accuracy of dispensing while meeting specialty reporting, compliance and service level agreement needs. And improved operational efficiency means more time for patient education and counseling, managing interactions with other healthcare providers and health plans, and processing reimbursements.
